How fast is order and number activation?

New orders in the DACH region are usually activated within 5–7 business days after all required information and documents are submitted. For orders and numbers outside the DACH region, activation depends on selected countries, number volume, and expected traffic. Once all required information is received, activation is typically completed within 14 business days.

How does number porting work?

Number porting allows you to keep your existing phone numbers and use them with our telephony system. After we receive the required authorization document from your current telecom provider, porting is usually completed within 1-3 business days. Please make sure the document clearly confirms that you are authorized to use and transfer these numbers.

How to Connect to Zoiper5?

Zoiper5 is a softphone available for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. Once you have received your SIP credentials from us, download Zoiper5 from the official website: Zoiper5 Download . Choose the version that matches your device or operating system. Setup on Desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux): In the Username field, enter your SIP username,Domain and Password below as shown in the screenshot. This step is important — it verifies whether your username, domain, and password have been entered correctly. If a valid account is found, you are ready to proceed. Once you see the green checkmark at the top, you can start making calls. Setup on Mobile (iOS, Android): When prompted, make sure to allow Zoiper access to your microphone.

How to Connect to Xlite/Eyebeam?

Xlite/Eyebeam is an old version of Bria which is supported only on Windows. The only difference between Xlite and Eyebeam is that Eyebeam allows you to have multiple SIP accounts while Xlite allows just one. After you have downloaded Xlite , click at the top left on "Show Menu". After you have filled in your credentials provided by us — SIP Username, Password, Domain — click on Apply then OK. If it shows "Your Username is:..." then you can start calling. Additional tweaks which are required in order to have a smooth calling experience: Leave only G711 aLaw and G711 uLaw as enabled codecs, then click on Apply and OK. By default, "Automatically hang up calls after 300 seconds of inactivity" is enabled. You need to disable it, then click on Apply and OK.

How to Connect to MicroSIP?

MicroSIP is supported by Windows while for Macos and Linux is supported only together with Winehq which is a compatibility layer capable of running Windows applications on several POSIX-compliant operating systems, such as Linux, macOS, & BSD. Enter your  SIP username,Domain and Password  below as shown in the screenshot. After the status is shown Online you are ready to start calling.

How to Connect to Bria?

Bria is the updated version of Xlite/Eyebeam and is supported on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Once you have received your SIP credentials from us, go to Bria , log in with your Bria account credentials, and follow the steps below. Setup on Desktop (macOS, Windows): After setting up the Voice Service, go back to "Team Members" and click on a team member: Add your SIP Username and Password as shown below: Then download Bria for the version that matches your device: Log in with your Bria email and password: Under "Outgoing Account", select the account you created on the Bria website — you are now ready to start calling. Setup on Mobile (iOS, Android): Once you have configured all the credentials through the Bria website, simply download the Bria app on your phone and log in with your email and password. Make sure to allow microphone access when prompted — you are then ready to start calling.

SessionTalk is a softphone available for iOS and Android. A paid version is also available for macOS and Windows. Once you have received your SIP credentials from us, download SessionTalk from the official store: SessionTalk Download iOS , SessionTalk Download Android . Choose the version that matches your device. Setup on Mobile (iOS, Android): When prompted, make sure to allow SessionTalk access to your microphone. In the Username field, enter your SIP Username, Domain and Password , then click on Enabled as shown in the screenshot. Once your Username is shown at the top left and the green signal icon appears, you are ready to start calling.
