We use the ArtiBot (Artibot.ai) service for the live chat on our website. The chat is used solely to communicate with you and is available on all pages. When you visit the website, your IP address is transmitted to the provider; any details you enter in the chat are processed in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing direct customer support under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you would prefer to avoid this, please use one of our other contact options.

You have the right at any time to:

• information about your stored personal data
• rectification of incorrect or incomplete data
• erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to the processing
• withdraw a consent that has been given
