These General Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all contracts, services and offers of SLine Corporation SH.P.K. (“SLine”, “we”, “us”) towards its customers (“Customer”, “you”).
Deviating or conflicting terms of the Customer shall only apply if SLine has expressly agreed to them in writing.
SLine provides telecommunications and IT services, including but not limited to:
The exact scope of services results from the respective offer, the order confirmation or the individual service agreement.
SLine Phone is a SIP/VoIP softphone application for authorised SLine customers. The app allows users to make and receive voice calls using their SLine account credentials and requires a working internet connection, valid account, and compatible device permissions.
The app is not a replacement for traditional telephone service. Emergency calls to numbers such as 112, 911, or other local emergency services may not be available or may fail due to internet outages, power failures, device settings, account restrictions, network issues, routing limitations, or service interruptions. Users must maintain an alternative method for contacting emergency services.
Incoming calls may depend on the push and call services of the respective platform (Apple Push Notification service (APNs), PushKit and CallKit on iOS, or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and the Android telephony/connection services on Android), the user’s internet connection, and SLine voice infrastructure. SLine does not guarantee that every incoming call notification will be delivered in all circumstances.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all calls, traffic, recordings, and activity made through their account. Any call recording feature must be used only in compliance with applicable laws, including any consent requirements.
A contract is concluded when:
SLine reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons.
All prices are net prices unless stated otherwise, plus any applicable taxes.

The Customer is solely responsible for content, call traffic and the use of the services.
Using SLine’s services for the following purposes is strictly prohibited:
SLine is entitled to suspend the services immediately in the event of violations.
SLine strives to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted provision of the services.
Maintenance work, updates or technical faults may lead to temporary interruptions. Claims arising from this only exist in the case of intent or gross negligence.
SLine is liable exclusively for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, lost profit, business interruptions or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The Customer is responsible for the regular backup of their data.
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information obtained in the course of the business relationship as strictly confidential.
This obligation remains in force even after termination of the contractual relationship.
Unless otherwise agreed:
SLine is entitled to terminate the contract without notice for good cause, in particular in the event of violations of these T&C or legal provisions.
SLine is entitled to suspend services without liability if:
SLine is not liable for service disruptions or delays caused by events of force majeure, in particular natural disasters, network outages, power failures or official measures.
SLine reserves the right to amend these T&C. Customers will be informed of material changes in good time.
These T&C are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of SLine, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
Should individual provisions of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
