How to Connect to Xlite/Eyebeam?
Xlite/Eyebeam is an old version of Bria which is supported only on Windows. The only difference between Xlite and Eyebeam is that Eyebeam allows you to have multiple SIP accounts while Xlite allows just one.
After you have downloaded Xlite, click at the top left on "Show Menu".
After you have filled in your credentials provided by us — SIP Username, Password, Domain — click on Apply then OK.
If it shows "Your Username is:..." then you can start calling.
Additional tweaks which are required in order to have a smooth calling experience:
Leave only G711 aLaw and G711 uLaw as enabled codecs, then click on Apply and OK.
By default, "Automatically hang up calls after 300 seconds of inactivity" is enabled. You need to disable it, then click on Apply and OK.
